Three students, a shared problem we saw up close, and the decision to solve it properly, with transparency, technology and no hidden fees.

Lawyer, engineer, notary, buyer and seller each communicate separately, over the phone, over email, with documents scattered everywhere. No one knows what stage the transaction is at, or why it has stalled.
Bureaucracy drags the timeline out, costs climb, and if the buyer is from abroad things get even harder.
